the hotel is huge!! and had a separate indoor pool & spa and a small “indoor water park” with slides for the kids across the way from the pool. there is a nice restaurant attached and the staff was very warm and helpful.

Was out early and back around 9:00 pm daily, was convenient because of location. Didn’t utilize any facilities, restaurants, etc. nice bed, but couldn’t get very much Channels on tv. Other local hotels have an easier tv channels to access.

this hotel is large and you need a good pair of walking shoes on check in as your room will be across the site :) Check in was easy, no breakfast options which is unusual for the US. Coffee in the room location easy for the Sturgis Rally and lots of bikers stayed her

The location was perfect, right in the center of all our outings. Mount Rushmore, Keystone, Sturgis and the list goes on! Restaurants galore any choice you wanted plus a nearby Sam’s and Wal Mart!

We had a very stressful situation that brought us to this hotel and the evening staff on 9/23 were extremely helpful. It made the stressful situation much more manageable.

They accommodated my request to be on the ground floor for my extra large cat. It had a patio door which made it even easier to unpack and pack my car. Check in was easy. Plenty of towels. Decent sized room. Has a restaurant on site.

The pool and the little water park was very nice for the kids. I have a teenager and a toddler. So it was nice to have something for both of them.
